Parminder Jassal

Dr. Jassal is the CEO/Founder of Unmudl Skills-to-Jobs Marketplace powered by America’s employers and community colleges. Parminder’s life reflects the global economy - born in London, graduated high school in India, and a product of public higher education in the US starting with Southwestern Community College in Iowa. Her early perspectives are shaped by Ford Motor Company, Atlantic Richfield Oil Company, and Lucent Technologies followed by serial entrepreneurship in tech to tea houses. Her experiences in Louisville’s economic development sector led her to philanthropy at Gates & ACT Foundations resulting in her founding the Work+Learn Futures Lab at the Institute for the Future. Parminder holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education focused on Tech and Economics from the University of Louisville.
