Eleanor Cooper

Eleanor is leading the development of a new venture focused on the digital skills gap out of Entangled Ventures, a San Francisco‑based education innovation studio. Entangled, more broadly, engages in consulting for higher ed institutions, foundations, and corporations; builds and incubates education technology companies; and strategically invests in edtech companies.

Eleanor is passionate about systemic change for more equitable individual opportunity and, as such, has established and been part of initiatives touching on the many facets of economic mobility including education, micro finance, environmental justice, re-entry, mental health and homelessness.

She has worked in product development and growth strategy roles for several early stage companies and business builders in the US and abroad. Eleanor also previously worked in finance on the investing team of a middle market private equity firm.
