Kathleen Moore

Katie Moore began her career in public education as an 8th grade social studies teacher. She taught in general education and gifted education classrooms for 6 years. During her tenure, Katie served as Academic Team Leader, Social Studies Department Chair and as a valued member of the Campus Leadership Team. In 2016, Katie transitioned to a career in arts education and administration. She spent 3 years as a teaching artist, as well as the managing director and show producer for several local theaters. In 2018, Katie became the Education & Outreach Program Manager at Austin Theatre Alliance, overseeing the roboARTS and STEM through the Arts programs. Katie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies. She will complete a Certificate of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from The Center for Nonprofit Studies in May 2018.
