Bill De La Cruz

Bill de la Cruz is Director of Equity and Inclusion for Denver Public Schools. His work in equity and inclusion supports the creation of systemic change that is transformational and sustainable. Bill facilitates and works with teams to create a culture that disrupts the status quo, operates from a growth mindset and is safe. He focuses on driving systemic change that is led by individuals and builds a culture of relationship, trust and community.
