Steven Muniz

Steven Muniz has been leading a shift of traditional technology instruction to a student led makerspace/PBL environment. With 10 years at Hillcrest Elementary he was able to perfect the concepts of student voice and creation using the digital landscape as his canvas. He has since moved into a roll at the Del Valle ISD district office bringing the same skills to the instructional technology department for professional development and instruction. He plans to continue his endeavors by expanding into computer science in 8-12 with programming languages and robotics, passions that he has had since the beginning of his career.
