Matthew Schwartz
Matthew Schwartz is a Florida Native that has spent most of his life in Central California. Since 2015, Matthew is a Teacher on Special Assignment (TSA) in Education Technology with Fresno Unified School District. In his current role, Matthew is a lead team member of a Personalized Learning Initiative to move teacher instruction toward 21st Century Learning Design and enhance the learning opportunities for a school district that serves over 74,000 students. Starting his career in Education in 2003, Matthew spent 10 years in the classroom before becoming a TSA. He taught a variety of Career Technical Education classes and holds a Physical Education Credential. Matthew has a history of developing new instructional programs including courses in Small Business, Computer Repair, and Video Production. Matthew has a BS in Business Entrepreneurship from Fresno State University and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix. Matthew is a Microsoft Innovate Educator Trainer and is a Candidate to be a National Board Certified Teacher in Career Technical Education. Prior to his career in education, Matthew spent 10 years working in the Music Entertainment Industry.
