Celina Culver

Celina's work at the Early Learning Lab spans two teams - the Parent Innovation Institute and Design & Technology. For PII, Celina co-designs innovative initiatives in the early learning space that develop parent and staff leadership and encourage rapid cycle learning & community transformation. She works on evaluation and analysis, assists in facilitation of workshops and coaching, and manages all logistical aspects. On Design and Technology, she does research and synthesis of learnings around the role of technology in the early learning space. Prior to the Lab, Celina was a Selection Program Coordinator at Pahara Institute where she helped to select diverse cohorts of leaders in education reform through data analysis & management and landscape research. She is a graduate of Princeton University where she studied International and Public Affairs with certificates in Latin American Studies and Dance.
