Tiffany Kerns

Tiffany Kerns is the Director of Community Outreach for the Country Music Association, the premier trade association for the Country genre. Tiffany is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where she received a BA in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.
Kerns expertise led her to the Country Music Association. As Director of Community Outreach, Kerns is responsible for developing relationships throughout the community for CMA on behalf of the CMA Foundation. Kerns oversees all charitable investments for the CMA Foundation ($20 million to date), which include 57 grant recipients nationwide. Kerns works with each organization to provide strategic planning, compliance, project management and community impact. She oversees advocacy efforts for the CMA Foundation at the state and federal level which include working with more than a dozen community partners to elevate the cause.
