Julia Liberman
Julia Liberman is an Operations Officer in the Global Engagement and Knowledge unit at The World Bank. Julia’s work focuses on helping countries around the world develop their student assessment systems, as well as on supporting World Bank education projects in the Europe and Central Asia region. Prior to joining the World Bank, Julia held human capital development positions with various public and private companies. She also participated in founding a company that prepares students to take standardized tests. Julia received an MBA degree and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizations from Cornell University. She received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree with concentrations in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.
