Dr. Wayne Johnson, Federal Student Aid's Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, will present an overview of the Next Generation Financial Aid Services Environment. He is leading the transformation of the entire financial aid delivery process and for the first time ever, the Department of Education is offering a new mobile app to students and parents. Dr. Johnson will highlight the features of MyStudentAid and MyFAFSA.
