What Do Kids Know? Building Systems for Learning

The World Bank’s READ Trust Fund program has been helping countries develop their student assessment systems to achieve equitable quality education for all children. Targeted financial and capacity-building support has benefitted more than 60 million children all over the world. Building on impressive results to date, the World Bank is leading the effort to increase the relevance of student assessment in preparing the next generations for the jobs of the future by measuring 21st century skills.
