UNCF’s ICB has sought to improve the effectiveness of member institutions for more than 10 years. Over time, we have learned true capacity building and sustainable change requires institutions to leverage existing resources and capabilities within their own networks and ongoing, long-term engagement. From the onset, UNCF® Career Pathways Initiative has prioritized collaboration and partnership. During this session, we will discuss the multi-level approach UNCF is taking to ensure cohort success.
