The focus of this workshop will be on the salient elements of Competency-Based Education (CBE) curricular design to enhance mastery, completion, and engagement. The changing role of faculty to "guide on the side" will be central to the discussions. With hands-on guidance, participants will be given the tools to start planning and preparing their first CBE offering in workforce education. Participants will leave with a workbook that they can use as they start down their own CBE journey.
