Implicit Bias & Gen Z Hiring

Gen Z (born after 1995) is the next generation of workforce talent. They are highly diverse, globally connected, and media savvy. We as educators, administrators, and business leaders must meet the new demands of a changing talent market. A common mistake in hiring is (unintentionally) letting implicit biases affect our decisions. This workshop will identify implicit biases, explore current employment practices, and provide tools to decode the assumptions we make about Gen Z.
