Answering Questions & Concerns About Immigration
Educators are grappling with how to serve the needs of students, particularly when they are undocumented. Although one in four children in the U.S. is an immigrant or the child of immigrants, many schools are ill-equipped to meet their needs, especially as they relate to immigration. This session will teach educators how to provide students with useful legal information, engage with tools that make this information easier to share and understand, and guide students to resources for reference beyond school.
