Open Education Resources burst onto the scene almost 20 years ago, threatening to disrupt the way schools purchased curriculum and delivered learning. On the other hand, discoverability, quality control, and an absence of sequencing direction have created hurdles many teachers and schools struggle to overcome. Can new technology catalyze uptake?
