Due to language barriers, ELL parents often miss out on resources their child needs to succeed. When communicating with ELL families, schools often overlook cultural differences and literacy rates, putting students at risk. The forward-leaning districts are harnessing SMS and AI to overcome language barriers and better connect with ELL parents. This session will preview pilot data, explore the challenges of working with ELL families, and discuss strategies for success.
