This session will provide info on tech-friendly grants that support K-12 initiatives. We’ll explain the funding landscape (i.e. types of grants and common sources) and how to effectively justify the inclusion of tech equipment as part of a budget. Specific grants across various K-12 content areas will be discussed. We’ll also facilitate a “getting grant ready” brainstorming activity to complete common proposal elements. We’ll end by reviewing general tips for writing a successful proposal.
