Business Innovation Factory - Experience Designer
The Business Innovation Factory's (BIF) Student Experience Lab works with education leaders to design, prototype, and launch models that support and empower 21st century students. We partner with stand-alone institutions, school districts, nonprofit organizations, companies, and foundations to generate cutting-edge solutions to major education challenges. Using human-centered research, design, and storytelling, we engage students, teachers, and administrators in the co-creation and real-world testing of radical new models.
As an Experience Designer, Isabelle has worked on projects, such as exploring how teacher-led communities of practice might serve as a model for increasing teacher effectiveness and closing gaps that separate students along racial and cultural lines.
Prior to joining BIF she co-founded and served as the Chief Strategist of Kaya Collaborative, a student-created nonprofit that aims to inspire, educate, and mobilize youth in the Philippine diaspora as partners in long-term, locally-led social change in the Philippines. Throughout its first year, she helped recruit university students nationwide for the first cohort of the Kaya Co. Fellowship and injected principles of community-driven design into the fellowship program.
