Summary

The world of work is changing. By 2025, 60 percent of workers will be working independently. Students need a different set of skills in order to thrive in this workplace economy, and as schools and support organizations, we need to be thinking differently about how we prepare them. In this talk, Sarah Hinawi will set forward the competencies needed in the gig economy, and discuss strategies for incorporating the development of these competencies into our existing educational structures.
