Summary

Pixar in a Box course through Khan Academy, PBS LearningMedia, using collaborative tools like OneNote, Sway and Forms to generate ideas, co-create, research and explore the way nature can inform CGI, engineering and art. High school students created a tree-structure that stood as tall as the tallest student in the class, including a root-system and branches. Arts to social studies, architecture to mathematics and technology applications using nature as a model all came together in grades 6-10 and creation with Tilt Brush in Vive to demonstrate possibility for learning design in practice. The connections across each domain tie together. Be inspired to join a collaborative team.
