Summary

Communities around the globe are struggling to find cost-effective and scalable solutions to create jobs and stimulate economic growth. With nearly all net new jobs coming from new ventures, communities need to think about not only how they can incubate new companies, but how they can incubate entrepreneurs. The good news is that nearly 40 percent of all students in grades 5-12 say that they one day want to own a business - they are ready to rise to the occasion. During this session, we'll explore the landscape and discuss how educators can take a leadership role in the future of their communities by ensuring that their students are college, career and entrepreneur ready.
