Summary

In the old days, we had the library. And the textbook. In these new days, we also have the Internet, digital content and open educational resources, making everything a bit more complicated than it used to be. Suddenly students, teachers and administrators must be curators. Representatives from #GoOpen and Future Ready districts will explore the many challenging questions that arise from curation in schools: What are the components of curation? Is curation a essential skill? What role does curation play as teachers become instructional designers? How do schools and districts manage curation as a system? Who leads, teaches and supports curation in schools?
