Summary

#GoOpen

Over the past few years there has been an increased interest around high-quality aligned open educational resources (OER) and the flexibility OER can provide in terms of distribution to all students and adaptation for the individual learner. In the fall of 2015, the U.S. Department of Education launched the #GoOpen Campaign, to encourage states, school districts and educators to use openly licensed educational materials to transform teaching and learning. This session highlights the #GoOpen campaign at the state and local level in Oklahoma and provides an update on the work of all the #GoOpen states and districts.
