Summary

ScratchX is the new experimental extension system for Scratch, a visual programming language developed by the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab. ScratchX expands the way you can interact with Scratch both on-screen and in the physical world. With these new extensions, you can track the International Space Station as it orbits the earth, create a Scratch powered music synthesizer, design your own interactive Arduino projects, program littleBits and a whole lot more! Come play with us in this action packed, hands-on session and discover new ways to capture the imagination of your students of all ages and extend their learning from the digital to the physical world.
