Summary

#EYW

Get hands-on experience at reverse engineering, to teach future inventors, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Learn how reverse engineering should be systematic, starting with interviews and product analysis. Then disassemble a low-cost physical product while creating good engineering documentation. Finally use this information to get great redesign ideas. These activities are based on NSF-funded research. Teachers should leave this workshop ready to implement similar lessons in their own classrooms.
