How Educator Wellness Positively Impacts Student Outcomes
Teachers play a vital role in students’ academic and personal development. When educators are well-rested, mentally healthy, and emotionally balanced, they can engage more effectively with students, create a positive learning environment, and provide better instruction. Their well-being directly influences student outcomes, as a healthy teacher is more likely to be energetic, patient, and creative. This panel will share ideas, best practices and leave educators and leaders with tangible ideas to support their respective educator communities.
