Scaling Fast: Using Networks for Rapid Product Growth
This session showcases 3 case studies—branded networks, grant-funded cohorts, and targeted recruitment partnerships— that demonstrate the value of using existing national networks to drive widespread product adoption and awareness. The Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) has successfully scaled partners’ services across its network of 650 institutions. Hundreds of similar associations exist allowing rapid scaling through national consortiums where companies partner with non-profits versus the more labor-intensive approach of lonely recruiting institutions one-by-one.
