The Exit Interview: A Podcast for Black Educators: Youth at the Core

With all the conversations about recruiting Black educators, where are the discussions about retention? The Exit Interview podcast was created to archive the stories of Black educators who have left traditional education spaces. It hopes to support our audience in better understanding the challenges of retaining Black educators. On this episode, we will interview Joy Delizo-Osborne, a former educator turned executive director of Student Achievement Partners, a non-profit dedicated to helping teachers and school leaders implement high-quality, college and career-ready standards.

Programming descriptions are generated by participants and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of SXSW.
