Despite the global importance of cybersecurity and AI, women remain underrepresented in roles shaping these fields. As new learning and career paths evolve, ensuring equal opportunity for entry, advancement, and success is crucial. Using lessons from the Czech Republic’s nonprofit sector and global best practices, participants will explore strategies for women’s vocational education in advanced technologies. They will learn what works (and what doesn’t) to create and sustain large-scale/long-term initiatives that help women thrive at every level in the emerging tech landscape.
