What role can education play in solving the climate crisis? This workshop will explore middle school student and teacher perceptions of Environmental Education (EE), the impact of EE on students, and how to integrate EE into mainstream curriculum across academic disciplines. This workshop seeks to support formal and informal educators and administrators alike in recognizing opportunities to link nature connection with the standards and curricula they already deliver, so students can leave their schools as environmentally literate global citizens.
