Dr. Ellis recently began serving in the role of National Facilitator for the Southeast for NCEE. Prior to his role at NCEE, for the past ten years, he served as the Superintendent of McComb School District in McComb Mississippi. Dr. Ellis has over 20 years of creating and sustaining a positive student-centered learning environment to develop academic proficiency and lifelong learners. He is highly motivated, dedicated, resourceful, results-oriented, dynamic, and inspirational. Dr. Ellis is an innovative visionary leader with a proven track record of identifying, analyzing, and solving broad based educational problems that result in improved student and institutional success. He has proven his ability to motivate and build effective and productive working relationships amongst all educational stakeholders.
