Crystal Elliott-O'Connor

Crystal Elliott-O'Connor, MAT ECE is the Managing Director of Curriculum and Content for RISE and is the genius behind the RISE Learning Series and custom-designed, anti-racist teacher handbook. Crystal has been in the field of early childhood education for more than 30 years. Beginning as an assistant teacher in one of Chicago’s North Shore suburbs, she worked her way into a variety of leadership capacities in the field including Lead Teacher, Master Teacher, and Program Director. Crystal holds a Master of Arts in Teaching, Early Childhood Education from National Louis University, and a Master of Divinity from Northern Theological Seminary.
