Kevin Starks, Ed.d

As a principal and lifelong educator, Kevin is a leader in equity in education. As a K-12 Education Industry Segment Advisor with T-Mobile, he leads education for the entire central region. He partners with districts, libraries, and municipalities to collaborate, strategize, lead whiteboard sessions, design professional development, and research to help bridge the digital divide. In addition to thought-partnering with academic institutions spanning 16 states, he is credited for his research on cultural sensitivity within children’s literature. He is an adjunct professor at Southern Illinois Univ. - Edwardsville, where he teaches Master’s level capstone courses to future school administrators and superintendents. He holds a doctoral degree in education administration from Lindenwood Univ.
