Kaitlin Mauro

Kaitlin Mauro is Executive Director of 4ATX Foundation, Austin FC's nonprofit arm. In her role, Kaitlin focuses on using the power of soccer to build Central Texas communities that thrive - physically, socially and emotionally. Prior to joining Austin FC, Kaitlin served as Founder & CEO of Verde Leaders, a soccer-based positive youth development program for low-income teens. Kaitlin is trained in Restorative Justice and is the recipient of the Harvard Leadership in Education Award, the Harvard Faculty Tribute Award, and the Austin Woman's Way Business Awards Rising Star.
