NAF Research & Tech Talks: Why the Future of Work Needs a Work-Based Learning Movement
Latest research shows that small cohort learning in high school paired with expanded social capital, and exposure to work environments can dramatically change the efficacy of secondary education. Yet, too few companies in the US have been willing to change “take your kid to work day” to offer deeper experiences for all -- a movement that would impact millions of young Americans facing deeply rooted systemic challenges. This panel will convene key researchers, corporate visionaries, and youth in a conversation about the impact of learning inside the experience of work.
