Teaching is currently unsustainable, as evidenced by high rates of teacher attrition and burnout. But it's not hopeless. The key to sustainability lies within finding practices that are beneficial to both teachers and students. We can use the Six Mindset Shifts from #MakeTeachingSustainable in order to frame conversations and set goals for #SustainableTeaching. In this session, participants will draw upon lived experiences in classrooms and schools to identify strengths and challenges related to sustainability, leaving with a goal for the spring or upcoming school year.
