Digital Well-Being: Evidence-Based Lessons for Classrooms
The ongoing youth mental health crisis is inherently intertwined with students’ tech experiences, and educators have a crucial role to play. Join us to learn about a (free) collection of new lessons, co-developed by the Center for Digital Thriving & Common Sense Education, that help bring digital well-being support into the classroom. These lessons draw on evidence-based practices (e.g., learning to catch and challenge “Thinking Traps” that can be magnified by social media) and are aimed at building agency, reducing anxious thoughts, and building mindfulness related to students’ tech habits.
