This workshop examines, "What if human well-being was central to school design?" We introduce the global shift from production-focused to well-being-oriented school designs, showcasing national and global examples from urban, suburban, and rural contexts. Participants will learn about the power of WELL standards, and will be engaged in building their own personal strategy for centering health equity in design, implementing well-being-focused practices, and boosting staff, student, and community well-being. A journey into redesigning educational environments for optimal well-being awaits!
