Inclusive Learning Through Play & Ideation

Designing learning experiences with neurodiverse learners in mind leads to better learning for all. Creative ideation activities are a great way to allow all kinds of minds to share and be successful. In this session, we will share both digital and non-digital ways to facilitate idea generation in a learning environment, and we will explore how these approaches embody the frameworks of Learning through Play and Universal Design for Learning. Participants will come away with both a theoretical model of how to support inclusive learning, and concrete tools and prompts to get started with.

Programming descriptions are generated by participants and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of SXSW.
