When AI can ace exams and complete online degrees, education and accreditation must change. l will discuss how to turn the coming disruption into an opportunity for more learners. In the near future, we’ll work with humans & AI, so how do we teach students to collaborate with both kinds of coworkers? Soft skills—which were hard to teach & measure online—become essential. They’ll replace formerly prized hard skills, like coding & accounting, which we’ll delegate to our AI coworkers. Hands-on, collaborative learning with role-based scenarios, real-time feedback, & analytics will be critical.
