Free to All Education? Tech as a Global Equalizer
Technology is portrayed as the silver bullet for bridging the equity gap in the global education system. While emerging tech offers potentially enormous benefits for both in-person and virtual learning, digital inequalities continue to persist in both developed and developing countries. Growing public investments in Edtech means that hybrid learning could be the future of education - how do we ensure that it delivers on its promise? Do we need a universal learning offer that is free for all?
