Leadership Prep: Educators Need Differentiation Too
When it comes to learning, research has shown which strategies work for human brains. Educators are leveraging this knowledge to meet kids where they are and to design learning that’s relevant and engaging. But when it comes to their own training and development, educators often receive content that’s the same across the board no matter their level of experience, strengths or needs. If we truly want to improve education, it’s time to rethink how we invest in developing educators.
