Reimagining Culturally Responsive Development

This session demonstrates an innovative way to reimagine the pedagogy and ecosystem needed to serve students from diverse backgrounds while supporting the retention of Black and Brown educators. We’ll explore: our 8 cultural proficiency competencies; differentiated learning pathways, including our e-learning platform, to cultivate anti-bias & anti-racist mindsets & practices; and model how this accessible pedagogy can be integrated into educator preparation programs & professional development.
