In an effort to improve educator and student outcomes, the largest school district in Arizona, Mesa Public Schools, has boldly committed to building team-based staffing models in 50% of their schools. Working in partnership with Arizona State University, MPS now has 30 schools with innovative staffing models. Early results are promising and the implications for HR systems are profound.
