Educator Teams: Early Results & HR Implications

In an effort to improve educator and student outcomes, the largest school district in Arizona, Mesa Public Schools, has boldly committed to building team-based staffing models in 50% of their schools. Working in partnership with Arizona State University, MPS now has 30 schools with innovative staffing models. Early results are promising and the implications for HR systems are profound. Learn how these groups have flipped the script on teacher shortage and are now focused on workforce design.
