A Framework for Youth-Adult Co-Creation
How can a short film about agriculture in Hawaii teach us to reinvent our methods of education? The film, "‘Ohana &‘Āina," was co-directed with a Native Hawaiian high school student using the Framework for Youth-Adult Co-Creation—a guide to sharing leadership and decision-making power. A group of young people developed the framework, which attendees will learn to apply to any project or space where youth and adults are working together. Watch the film and learn to co-create in your work.
