The objective of the panel is to explore why entrepreneurial women are rising to the top of the education sector faster than other industries. Synthesizing cutting-edge research from the Penn GSE, we will present a clear picture of what traits and skills have uniquely positioned women to be successful in “purpose-driven” organizations. Lastly, we'll tell journey stories of three entrepreneurial women leading startups in education and how they used entrepreneurial mindset to rise to the top.
