Young people invaluable forge with mentors when focused on an area of shared interest situated in an authentic learning environment. We will discuss how to develop a vibrant, student-centered internship program, including solutions to logistical challenges and management of complexity. We will share how to coordinate a scalable systematic approach to implementing student internship experiences and leads to college and career readiness and civic engagement.
