Art Education & Sensory-Friendly Programming

Our session will focus on offering learning experiences to a growing number of students on the autism spectrum through sensory-friendly programming. We will highlight the language of autism and successful engagement practices as well as share first-hand stories about how these principals in practice have resulted in rich learning experiences for students of many different backgrounds; through performance, installation art, and sensory exploration.
